DYNASET HKL Hydraulic Rotary Vane Compressor converts the hydraulic power of a mobile machine into continuous compressed air. HKL produces steady compressed air for all compressed and pneumatic air solutions. It is a compact unit for continuous mobile use for mining machines, drill rigs and excavators. There are models from 400 l/min up to 7500 l/min with 8 bar of pressure. Models with higher air pressure are also available by request up to 13 bar of compressed air.


The compact size of the HKL makes it easy to install on to any mobile machine such as mining machines, agricultural machines and construction machines. It can be installed anywhere on the machine. HKL doesn’t require any additional air tank or container.

Also if the worksite is extremely dusty, high-performance filters are available for HKL to continue the work in any condition. Unit is also available with additional hose reel that makes it even better in mobile use. No more tangled or broken hoses it makes the hose easy to store and keep in good shape.


HKL Hydraulic Rotary Vane Compressor produces compressed air using the power from the base machine’s hydraulic system. It provides the hydraulic oil flow to the HKL’s hydraulic motor. The hydraulic motor is connected straight to the HKL’s rotary axle to maximize power and efficiency. HKL can run continuously without stopping. When the compressor does not produce air, it will run on idle speed.


The HKL is compact and many times smaller than the traditional compressor trailers or piston compressors seen on the worksites. Installing the HKL on to a mobile machine increases the machine’s versatility and utilization rate without taking much space. No more need to drag bigger separate compressors to the worksites as the HKL is smaller and is fully integrated to the base machine. It saves time, equipment and minimizes fuel costs.


DYNASET HKL Hydraulic Rotary Vane Compressor is eco-friendly. Unlike the traditional compressors, it does not require a separate gasoline-powered motor to work. HKL takes power straight from the base machines hydraulic system. It is also optimized to produce compressed air only when needed. When it does not produce compressed air it runs on idle speed, requiring only a minimal amount of hydraulic oil flow. Thanks to the DYNASET clean technology, there are fewer emissions and natural resources consuming equipment at worksites.
